1. Submission

Artists submit their CV, portfolio and initial project idea.

2. Documentation Review

We verify:

  • Enhanced DBS clearance

  • Public Liability Insurance

  • Stripe Connect registration

3. Vetting Conversation

We schedule a structured call to review experience, safeguarding awareness and approach.

4. Project Refinement

Example projects are reviewed and refined collaboratively to ensure clarity and alignment.

5. Agreement & Publication

Upon signing the Freelancer Agreement, projects are published.

6. Booking & Delivery

Artists deliver sessions independently. Payments are processed via Stripe.

All artists operate as independent professionals.

We collaborate with independent artists who value:

  • Screen-free engagement

  • Discretion

Mandatory requirements include:

  • Enhanced DBS clearance

  • Active Public Liability Insurance

  • Stripe Connect registration

  • Signed Freelancer Agreement
