Reclaim Childhood, Spark Real Creativity

In an era of digital distraction, we are a movement to bring childhood back. We connect families with vetted artists to replace screen time with hands-on creativity, fostering mental well-being and genuine human connection.

Every Project Leader shares our mission and undergoes rigorous background checks to ensure a safe, inspiring environment.

We facilitate real life mentorships that pass down tangible skills, fighting the void of a digital age.

Mindful Mentorship

Beyond Technique

We foster focus, patience and self-expression away from the instant gratification of screens and devices.

This is art education that builds resilience, critical thinking and a healthy relationship with the world beyond devices.

Bespoke Creative Introductions

Not every child fits into a carefully designed project and not every artist fits every child.

Making Art for Enlightenment offers a curated matchmaking service for families seeking something specific, specialised or highly personalised.

Who we are

Making Art for Enlightenment (MAFE) is a curated platform connecting families with independent freelance artists for meaningful, personalised creative experiences.

We were created in response to a growing concern: children are spending more time on screens and less time engaged in focused, imaginative, hands-on creativity. We want to restore that balance.

We believe that creativity nurtures confidence, concentration, resilience and self-expression. Through carefully structured introductions, we connect families with experienced artists who deliver tailored, screen-free sessions in a professional and safeguarding-conscious manner.

Making Art for Enlightenment does not deliver workshops directly. Our role is to curate, vet and facilitate, ensuring high standards, discretion and structure.
