2. Platform Role

Making Art for Enlightenment acts solely as an intermediary introducing independent artists and families.

Making Art for Enlightenment does not:

  • Employ artists

  • Supervise sessions

  • Control delivery

  • Guarantee outcomes

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain confidentiality

  • Use the platform lawfully

4. Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to Making Art for Enlightenment unless otherwise stated.

Artists retain ownership of their projects.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that:

Making Art for Enlightenment’s liability is limited to the platform fees received in relation to the booking.

Making Art for Enlightenment is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by Stripe. Making Art for Enlightenment is not responsible for third-party service performance.

7. Suspension

Making Art for Enlightenment may suspend accounts for breach of terms or safeguarding concerns.

8. Governing Law
