Art Journaling
In this screen-free workshop, teenagers explore thoughts, moods and ideas through drawing, collage, mark-making and mixed media. Their journal becomes a personal space where images, colours and textures can express what words sometimes cannot.
Across the sessions, participants experiment freely without pressure for perfect results, developing confidence in creative expression while discovering how art can become a mindful and reflective practice.

Daily Life Zine
In this screen-free workshop, children create their own handmade zine documenting moments from their daily routines, from breakfast and school to favourite places and small personal details. Through collage, drawing, stitching and creative writing, they transform ordinary experiences into expressive visual pages.
Across the sessions, participants learn to observe their world more closely while developing confidence in storytelling and mixed-media making, leaving with a personal book that reflects their everyday life in a thoughtful and creative way.

CONFIDENCE THROUGH DRAMA & COMMUNICATION
In this screen-free drama project, children develop confidence in speaking, listening and expressing their ideas through playful activities and group discussion. Through introductions, paired conversations, movement exercises and opinion-based games, they explore body language, active listening and how to communicate clearly with others.
Across the sessions, participants take part in public-speaking challenges and gradually prepare a short speech about something they genuinely care about. The project creates a supportive environment in which children can take social and creative risks while strengthening their confidence, empathy, collaboration and real-world communication skills.
